Conclusion

In two field trials with sugar beet in 2024, relatively mild attacks of thrips treated with Lamdex show no clear yield increasing result. In an average of four- and six-year trials, a slight tendency is seen for fewer plants with thrips damage two weeks after treatment with Lamdex, but the obtained additional yields of 0-3 percent are not statistically different from untreated.
